I've tried the website and I'm trying the app now and neither will let me log in. I've been trying to check my rewards balance for weeks and every time I log in it needs mobile verification even though my number is not associated with my account. then I click send email code instead and it never sends, and the app just locked me out from too many attempts

The app interface is good and very easy to navigate but I cannot buy anything...the purchase feature won't load and when it does I can get to the card input section which never accepts and I immediately get a security warning. I have tried changing payment methods and noting works. Ive had this issue for months, I contacted support who suggested i uninstall and reinstall the app. i have done this several times. they had no further suggestion. I've had no issue with any other app. SO FRUSTRATING!

its pathetic that the first time I thought to try this store in 3 years (a hiatus inspired by a bad time) started with me not being able to sign in to the app. I couldn't reset my password, had to uninstall the app to do that, then i reinstall and it asks for a text code that just doesn't show up on my phone. good job ux team, you're actually helping though- i consider this a good omen. signs from the universe and all that.
