EDIT July 2026 - the most recent update breaks the (previously working) connections altogether. Can no longer connect to my key lights at all. Time to remove this app and stick to accessing via the desktop widget. - When it works, it's good. Unfortunately, only a couple of versions have managed to consistently maintain connections to lights. I have two lights; often on powering up my computer, the software can only connect to one. Reconnecting requires cycling the power on the lights themselves.

Took multiple attempts to connect to my light. after that I can adjust the settings but within a minute or two it loses connection to the light and the light turns off then comes back on at its default settings again.

ok, I've been using this for like 3 or 4 years or something stupid like that... worked flawlessly up until the most recent update. WILL NOT CONNECT TO MY PHONE! Works on the table but the phone wants nothing to do with it... Elgato, Please fix this app. its an amazing app and I would hate for y'all to lose Stars over some stupid update. Bugs are bugs but come on... really. Had issues on my PC also... >>> Elgato Key Light Air <<<
