Poor UX. Did the developers even test this app before releasing it? there is a search feature for locations which does not really work. At least not for me on my Samsung S24 Ultra. doesn't matter what sport you select. it'll still ask you later. oh, by the way, they only allow bookings for 18 and above. so parents cant book and play with their kids. ?

I'm trying to book, but it keeps refusing my application. I've filled in all the required details full name, contact number, email address, date of birth, country of origin, and uploaded my passport photo but it keeps showing the message, "Only alphabetic words allowed."

The app insists on lots of personal details and requests access to even more personal data on the phone (personal info, location, photos), just for it to work. On top of that, none of the data is encrypted.
