Bought an item through zoodmall platform. Delivered item turned out to be a fake/copy of the advertised item. I initiated return and refund IMMEDIATELY. It's more than 3 weeks now and nothing is happening. Item is still with me, seller is playing games and Zoodmall is not giving this the seriousness it requires. I would think a complaint of sale of fake item on their platform would be taken more seriously!

They advertise it as an app where you can buy and pay in installments, while you have to order many times from them before being able to. They just make you sign an agreement that they can use your personal info and take ur id front and back just to scam your card 1$ authorization fee, that will be rejected. Don’t download this scam. (Btw they said I should order from them before, I do have a long ordering history with them, that they disregarded)

Dear Customer, in your case, this was not granted for this time, we advise you to higher your chance to get this Approval on installment limit; in order to do that, you can place one or 2 orders, pay them and get them delivered to you; once done, you can try again and you will have more chance as you will have orders history in your account.

The worst shopping app on the planet. Despite it being user-friendly and despite having friendly employees, their service is mediocre to say the least. I have placed 3 orders with Zoodmall, 2 of which never arrived. The item that was in fact received (order #2) was a reimbursement for the payment (without the OMT fees) of the first item that they failed to deliver. I decided to give them one last try since they introduced the option of cash on delivey. I followed up for 4 months yet to no avail.
